MINDLESS PHILOSOPHER

Murky IPA with Strata, Citra, & El Dorado Hops

6.7% ABV

Despite this beer’s name, the choice to collaborate with North Park Beer Co. was hardly a mindless one. This brilliant, murky IPA beams with choice PNW hops: Strata from Indie Hops (OR), Citra from Wyckoff Farms (WA), and El Dorado from Gooding Farms (ID). Fresh scents of papaya and magnolia give way to flavors of sweet stone fruits and kiwi, with a little dank for good measure. To quote the timeless C3PO, “Don’t call me a mindless philosopher.” Likewise, getting your hands on a cold Mindless Philosopher is a wise move.

FORMLESS SHADOWS

Murky Triple IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, & Huell Melon Hops

10.5% ABV

This triple IPA gets its murky composition from a blended base of Pils Malt and Clipper Malted Oats from Admiral Maltings. We dry hopped it with a medley of hops from around the world: Mosaic (US), Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand), and Huell Melon (Germany). The result is a perplexingly easy drinking brew that projects distinct notes of mango, berry and sweet citrus, alongside shadows of pine.

The cans will be released at all 3 taproom locations on Thursday, December 3rd.

They will be released online at 9am, and they will be available for pickup at all 3 taproom locations starting when our taprooms open at 11am. In other words, you can purchase online OR in person, but please note the cans will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis starting with the online orders at 9am.

Your order is not complete until you check out (no orders are held in shopping cart).
At time of purchase you can select your pickup day: same day, next day or 2 days out (e.g. for a Thursday sale, pick up day could be Thursday, Friday, or Saturday). You must pick up on your selected day and time.
If you would like to designate someone else to pick up your order, please place your online order under their name. The name of the person picking up needs to match the name on the order.
